How long before i get my first concept logo design(s)?
You will receive your logo(s) within 2-5 business days

What is a concept?
A logo concept is the idea(s) we come up with for you.

What is a revision?
A revision is when you want something changed on your logo, eg. Fonts, colours general design etc. We then make the changes for you.

What is a redraw?
A redraw is a new concept.

How many revisions or changes am i allowed to my logo design?
All depending on which package you choose, each package has a different revision limit.

Can you redo my existing logo?
Yes, if you send us your logo we can redo it to your requirements.

Do you use clipart?
No, we never use clipart, it's not original or custom.

What if i have no idea what i want ?
No problem, just provide as much information as possible in the briefing form and leave it to our design team to come up with something excellent for you.

Are unlimited revisions really unlimited?
Yes, with us there’s no small print, unlimited means unlimited, you can keep having your logo revised untill you’re 100% satisfied whether it takes a week or a year.

When do my revisions expire?
They never expire.

What file format will i receive my logo designs in?
The standard file formats we provide are: .ai (adobe illustrator) .psd (adobe photoshop) .eps (can be used in almost all image editing software programs, we can easily provide your logo design in many other file formats upon request. Your logo will be fully vector, meaning you can resize it as much as you like without losing any quality.

What colour format will my logo be provided in?
We will provide your logo in CMYK and Pantone colours

What are CMYK and Pantone colours?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black, it is the colours used during the printing process, Pantone colours are special colours from the PMS (Pantone Mixing Scheme)

What if i want my logo in RGB?
No problem, but keep in mind that the colours may not show up the same on print.

Who owns the copyright to the final logo design?
You own full rights to the final logo design, but we have the right to use the logo for show casing & promoting our services.

Can you copy a logo or part of a logo from another company?
No, sorry, but if we did that we would be in violation of copyright for using somebody else's work and foremost it wouldnt be a custom logo design if we used other peoples work.

Can an invoice be issued?
Sure, no problem, we can send an invoice via email free or we can post one out at an additional fee of £5 if you wish to have an invoice just let us know when we have finished your design.
