2.1 We use the data received by the client for (including but not limited to) the guidance in creation of any artwork, for contacting the client regarding any issues connected with our services, for informing the client of any offers or promotions we may have, for posting materials to the client, CD with final artwork, invoice, free gifts and promotional materials, testimonials, links to your website.
3 SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
3.1 We will take all reasonable precautions to make sure your information is kept safe and secure from third parties.
3.2 If your information is taken from us through any means of theft (including but no limited to hacking, spyware, malware or viruses) by any third party. The Client agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless logo masters from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, losses or expenses arising out of any claim, demand, or action by a third party. By giving us your personal details you agree to this in full.

4.1 Please contact us either by electronic mail (email) or a physical written letter to inform us if your information needs to be updated or corrected.
